The Quick Turn Tooling process (QTT) is a tooled metal forming process, that can draw and or form metal into various complex high tolerance shapes. The tooling has been engineered and designed to achieve very low cost and short lead times. QTT is typically 1/4 the cost and 1/4 the lead-times compared to traditional tools. This tooling process is suited for low to medium production quantities, or quantities of one to 10,000 pieces or more. This process can form single plane (flat) or multi-plane parts. Material can be Carbon, Stainless steel and Aluminum. The forming Tools can be designed, fabricated and assembled in a simple shop environment
